The Trane SEN1637 is an Sensor Assembly, that is already made to fit Trane HVAC systems as a single unit. This 18” long sensor is bright yellow and has a 2.2” probe to ensure accurate temperature readings are obtained. It comes with the Amp 640250-2 connectors and has a total wire length of 55” to allow ease in installation. Being a sensor assembly, its primary function is to collect and transmit temperature information to the HVAC system’s control board.
