Description
The Honeywell DNR-W Smoke Detector measures the airflow in ducts and causes secure measures in the event of smoke. It works on the basis of photoelectric sensing technology which samples air flowing through ducts and transmits signals to the control panel in case of smoke. It has weatherproof housing (HSG), and is installed on air ducts in HVAC systems, where it interacts with fire alarm panels and air handling units to control system shutdown. This detector is used to avoid the spread of smoke, assist in compliance with security, and provide the effective control of air distribution systems.
