Description
The Lennox 16V47 is an Electronically Commutated Motor, that is used in HVAC systems with efficiency. Unlike conventional AC motors, it transforms electrical power to rotation with less energy and produces less noise. The motor uses a voltage of between 208-230V and has a capacity of delivering a third horsepower 1/3 HP. The one that has a ball bearing construction and it operates at a wide speed of 250 to 1250 RPM. This enables the fan to afford the speed according to the cooling demand, and it makes it much efficient. ECM motors are more efficient than AC motors, produce possess better speed regulating characteristics.
