It is rated at 90% or higher efficiency which means that it can transfer heat from the inside environment to the outside environment. It circulates a refrigerant to provide heat exchange between the inside air coil and the outside air coil thus evaporating into atmosphere, this condenser is usually teamed up with an indoor air handler/evaporator coil to make a complete system air conditioning.
