Description
The Carrier 19DG3131164 Evaporator Gasket for your Carrier HVAC system. This gasket is used to form a tight fit between the evaporator coil used for absorbing heat within the building and other components of the unit. If there is closure then air infiltration occurs and warm unwanted air gets into the cool air by the lower evaporator coil. This decreases efficiency because your system has to work more to cool your house. Through proper sealing the gasket assists your Carrier system to run efficiently meaning less energy is used and more comfort is provided in your home.
