Description
The Hartland Controls CAP-20/440 Oval Run Capacitor 20 MFD is rated for use in motor circuits to maintain continuous phase shift for single-phase compressors and fan motors. It stores and releases electrical charge to keep motor windings operating with stable torque during runtime. In air conditioning condensers, air handlers, and packaged HVAC systems, it is mounted inside the electrical compartment and connected to blower or compressor terminals through quick-connect fittings. The dual-voltage rating allows use in systems requiring either 370V or 440V capacitors.
