Description
The Resideo XPS-160V Expansion Tank is a 1.25” steel tank used to handle the expansion of the water content in HVAC systems. This tank has a 86-gallon tank capacity, which keeps the system pressure within safe limits by absorbing the water as the tank expands when heated. It works between 120°F to 240°F to maintain the stability of the system and avoid overpressure that may lead to damage of the components. The XPS-160V has a female NPT connection and is compatible with other systems, and the unit is built to last, made of steel.
