Description
The Copeland 020-1204-00 Oil Pump Gasket is crucial in making sure that the oil pumps in HVAC systems have a tight and leak-free seal. The main function of the gasket is to provide a trustworthy seal between the oil pump and its surfaces where it is mounted thus preventing oil leaks which may lead to decreased efficiency as well as damage to HVAC system. It guarantees a tight seal so that the oil pump can run well providing enough lubrication and cooling for the compressor. As a result, this contributes to better functioning of the system and lowers chances of mechanical failures.
