Description
The Copeland 914-0006-12 Capacitor Start Kit is made to enhance HVAC systems by providing the right amount of starting torque for motors. The capacitor start kit contains a capacitor which can operate at 330 VAC and 50/60 Hz frequency. It has a capacitance range of 189–227 µF. As it is bracket mounted, installation is easy and safe. This kit is mainly intended to provide an initial starting power improve when motors are turned on to make starting of HVAC systems smoother and more reliable. This is more crucial in compressor and blower motor applications that require a high initial torque.
