Description
The Armstrong International 811-3/4-70 is a 3/4″ inverted bucket steam trap that works effectively at a pressure of 70 PSI. This trap works based on buoyancy, it is a bucket inverted on the discharge pipe through which steam and condensate pass and discharge the condensate without allowing the steam to escape. It is mainly applied in HVAC systems for the removal of condensate from heat exchangers and other steam utilizing equipment to achieve maximum thermal effectiveness. The trap is made of cast iron and can resist water hammer, and its structure is quite uncomplicated to reduce the frequency of maintenance.
