The Carrier HC43AZ234 is a PSC motor of single phase which is used in different HVAC equipment. It functions at a standard voltage of 208-230 volts and produces a half HP of output power. The motor’s shaft rotates in an anti-clockwise direction and the speed is 825 RPMs. PSC motors are characterized by high efficiency, low noise level and low energy consumption. In HVAC systems these motors are used in blowers, condenser fans and in evaporator coils. Thus, with high efficiency of conversion of electrical energy to rotational energy, PSC motors enhance the circulation of air in the system.
