Description
The Aaon R78200 4-Way Reversing Valve is a refrigerant controller that switches the direction of flow to allow the use of the cooling or heating mode in a heat pump HVAC systems with a 15-ton capacity to serve large commercial units. It operates by an internal sliding mechanism to pump refrigerant between the indoor and outdoor coils when it is energised to enable the system to reverse the refrigeration cycle. It is mounted in the refrigerant circuit between the compressor and the coils and connected to piping and control signals. Its operation facilitates efficient mode transitions.
