The Belimo AFX24-MFT-N4 24V Prop, S/R, 180 Min, 2-10Vdc is a spring return mixed flow air terminal unit (MFAT) for HVAC systems. It controls the amount of airflow in a building by adjusting the position of an internal damper. The unit is powered by a 24V power supply and controlled by a 2-10Vdc signal, allowing for precise control of airflow to specific zones. This increases both comfort and energy efficiency by delivering only the necessary amount of conditioned air to each area. In addition, the spring return feature ensures that the damper automatically returns to a preset position in the event of a power outage.
