Description
The Nidec-US Motors 5652 1HP universal ECM direct-drive blower motor suitable for HVAC system applications. It runs on 115/208-230V power and its speed is 1075/VAR RPM. This motor is used in residential light commercial HVAC equipment such as furnaces and air handlers. A technology inherent in Electronically Commutated Motors is their variable speed operation, resulting in improved energy efficiency and quieter performance of the motors over than this traditional design. One advantage is that energy consumption is reduced, comfort is improved because of the regular airflow, and longevity of the system is increased. The direct drive eliminates the belts and pulleys and drastically reduces maintenance.
