Description
The Caleffi 502040A Minical Air Vent is a mechanical automatic venting unit used to eliminate trapped air in circulating water loops in HVAC systems. It operates by letting the collected air pass out through a 1/2″ NPT connection but not letting water flow out and by keeping the fluid flow and heat transfer within the proper range. It is mounted at elevated positions on boilers, radiators, air handlers, and piping connections and is instantly connected to the hydronic component.
