Description
The Bard HVAC 8402-146BX Exposed Face Auto Limit Switch L185 30 Pink is a temperature-sensing control component used in the heating and cooling equipment. It monitors internal air or surface temperatures and opens or closes an electrical circuit when a set limit is reached, in HVAC systems. It is commonly installed in the furnaces, air handlers, and packaged rooftop units to regulate safe operating conditions during heating cycles. This switch supports avoiding overheating by interrupting power to heating elements or burners, supporting overall system control logic, and maintaining operational stability within commercial control equipment.
