Description
Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 054401 7.5 Ton Thermal Expansion Valve is suitable for use with R-22 refrigerant in different HVAC system such as air conditioning and refrigeration. This externally equalized TXV controls the amount of refrigerant that is allowed into the evaporator by expanding the refrigerant in response to the evaporator temperature to achieve maximum cooling. It has a cooling capacity of 7.5 tons and is suitable for medium temperature requirements, suitable for both commercial and residential use. The valve has a stainless steel power element that increases the product’s life and reduces the possibility of corrosion.
