The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 054141 HFES Thermostatic Expansion Valve is an essential part of refrigeration and HVAC systems applications. It accurately regulates the amount of refrigerant being circulated depending on the evaporator’s temperature. By controlling the refrigerant flow, the TXV enhances the system performance, protects the compressor from liquid refrigerant, and provides better cooling. This model has 3/8” X 1/2” ODF connections and 5-1/2” HC capillary and it can be used in various HVAC equipment such as residential and commercial air conditioners, refrigerators, and freezers.
