Description
The Johnson Controls TEC3012-14-000 Thermostat is a wireless technology device that is used to control and monitor HVAC systems particularly the fan coil units and zoning applications. The thermostat works through wireless control of the temperature changing and monitoring of the HVAC equipment. It has on/off and floating control outputs which allow you to decide how fan coil units and zone dampers are to be controlled about the temperature set points and occupancy of the rooms. There is enhanced energy utilization, better climate management, and ease of installation. It provides the right indoor climate conditions in the consumption of less energy since it allows effective control of temperature. The wireless communication feature does not require complex wiring hence saves time and causes little interference to the building occupants.
