They are 11″ in diameter and 9″ across and have a 1/2″ bore diameter to accommodate a tight fit on the motor shaft. The blower wheel which is located in the indoor air handler unit turns fast and blows air over the furnace filter. The blower wheel has many blades which makes it to be more powerful than the normal fan blades used in circulating air within your house.
