Description
The Trane COM11203 Scroll Compressor, although is a strong choice for commercial and industrial air conditioning. A strong, separate and complete structure (hermetic) made of cast iron. This Trane compressor is not a piston type of compressor but a scrolling one, which makes the operation easier. In the sealed housing, two scrolls mesh with each other to pump the refrigerant gas and achieve high pressure. This design equates to a 5.1 ton (approximately 61,000 BTUH) cooling capacity that can handle heavy cooling loads, even in 45°F weather. Leak-free brazed stub tubes (discharge size ½”) are used for the circulation of refrigerant.
