Description
The Trane VAL9893 Thermal Expansion Valve is a refrigerant control valve for refrigeration and air conditioning applications. The basic mechanism of control is the monitoring of temperature and evaporator together with the control of the coolant flow. When the temperature and evaporator increases, the TXV opens further to let more refrigerant through to cool as desired. When the temperature is low, the TVX controls the flow of the liquid so that it does not overfreezer and affect its performance negatively. This type of control causes a stable and balanced controlling condition for the chillers, the air conditioners, and the refrigeration equipment. The advantages include increased energy efficiency, with increased reliability of the systems to be built.
